Recently refurbished unit with a convenient decor, respectful staff from front desk to breakfast service and room cleaners.

Gorgeous place for celebrating anniversary and unfailingly friendly staff. Good sized units with a tub/shower combo. Gorgeous dishes, very central location in an excellant area x. Top-notch service overall and parking nearby...

The room was spotless with a storage and a chair.

Stylish hotel, classically decorated. Located centrally in the Financial District. Good for visits of Ground zero and Statue of Liberty.

To little choice in breakfast regarding the price. Finally room prices with all surcharges.

The hotel itself also impressed with its chic decor and warm hospitality from the staff.

The location was wonderful. I was in nyc on business and I could walk to my meetings easily, enjoy the seaport in the evenings and get to where ever I wanted to go with no problem. The decor was interesting in an enjoyable way. Everyone was pleasant.

There were technical difficulties which were addressed in a bare minimal kind of way. The staff was lovely but really didn't know how to handle the problems in an elegant or particularly satisfying way.

Beautiful design of the hotel. Spacious rooms, especially for new York standards. Very comfortable beds. Good WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff.10 minutes walk from Subway stop.

The air conditioning / heating makes a noise

Clean and spacious room, but noisy doors kept waking us up all night.

The hotel has a pleasant, comfortable size. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the "Financial District" is pleasant, because the hustle and bustle there is not like at "Time Square".

The furnishing of the rooms in a lighter colour would be advantageous, as the rooms would look rather gloomy. The deposit is disproportionate and blocks the credit card beyond the rental period (3-4 days). Bail is set at $150 a day per room. For us it was 6 days 2 rooms = Total 1'800 $.

Convenient location to business I needed to attend.

Noisy reception area. Limited seating area in room. Very, Very confusing shower faucets.

- Large, well maintained modern room - Friendly staff - Good location.

- There was a lot of street noise due tothe working next to the hotel. Also the walls with the other rooms were not soundproofed. - No coffee or tea in the room - Curtains did not close completely.

Staff attitude and efficiency - as well as the well curated style from the lobby to the room design.

Rooms are dark when its overcast due to the small windows and orientation. Also - very loud music/parties in the lobby bar on the weekend. Too bad because the lobby bar was a draw to the hotel.

Neat room, good bed, good location. Nice furnished. Enormously friendly staff!
